    Meet Karen Joy

    I took my first yoga class in 2000, and I had no idea how much yoga & meditation would transform my life. I'm grateful to the teachers who have given me powerful tools. I am honored to share these, and hold space for you as you venture on your own unique yogic journey of self-discovery.
