- Wednesdays, 6:30 - 7:30 PM: Yin Yoga and Meditation - Online Zoom - This class is an offering of YIN yoga with elements of Vinyasa (breath and movement), pranayama (breath work), and meditation. Join on zoom, from comfort of your home, for a well-rounded practice to help you feel relaxed, at ease, and centered. These complimentary practices help restore overall balance.
Meet Karen Joy
My yoga journey has been full of stuffering, wisdom, joy, and compassion. I took my first yoga class in 2000, and I had no idea how much yoga & meditation would transform my life. I'm grateful to the teachers who have given me powerful tools. I am honored to share these, and hold space for you as you venture on your own unique yogic journey of self-discovery.
